Rubberstamping With Paula

Having some more fun with this Wildflower Wishes Paper Pumpkin Stamp Set/Kit by Stampin Up. This is my first Paper Pumpkin Kit I have received in the mail, and it is so much fun.

I already gave this card away today as I was saying goodbye to a someone I worked with that is moving on up in the world. I am so happy for her and I needed a sweet little card and this was perfect I thought. I used one of the daisy flower stickers that came in the set. Actually, it is a cardstock sticker. This is very different from the recommendations and you can see the versatility this set allows for. I let the card lead itself along as I created it. It was fun and relaxing and I was happy with its simplicity and "fun factor" look to it. Though I have many hobbies, I am currently a Stampin' Up Hobby Demonstrator in particular and I am loving it. (I do have my "9-5" job as well, but I love to stamp in the side!) I have decided to share my designs here as well as cards I have tried that others have designed. I loved using such a tiny little stamp in Rose Red Stampin Up ink for this little thank you card. I designed it very different from what was recommended, as an alternate card in the kit. I love the versatility of this stamp already! I use Stampin' Up's linen thread and Garden Green ink that also came with the set. Though I have many hobbies, I am currently a Stampin' Up Hobby Demonstrator in particular and I am loving it. (I do have my "9-5" job as well, but I love to stamp in the side!) Here is one of my three designs so far for an alternate card for my first every Paper Pumpkin Shipment. It is the Wildflower Wishes set, and I just love it! I take a pretty drastic turn from what is recommended with the big and bold lettering that comes with the kit (which I like a lot, by the way!) and gives a totally different look. Keep an eye out for the other two as well, with more to come! I keep the garden green color a lot and add in a few others. This one is Elegant Eggplant for the ink color, linen thread, and some designer paper. Very simple, but I am happy with it!
